Electrolysis is the only proven method of permanent hair removal, it involves the insertion of a fine wire probe into the follicle to the hair root. This probe does not pierce the skin as it is going into an open ‘hole’. Electrolysis uses a mild current that is passed down the probe to the tip, this then cauterizes the hair root enabling the disabled hair to be withdrawn. The Electrolysis process only takes a few seconds, per hair.
