Vitamin C – kiwi fruit, oranges, strawberries.

Zinc – Red meats, liver, chicken, oysters, brazil nuts, almond, chestnuts, cashews, peanuts, eggs.

Prebiotics – onion, garlic, leeks, asparagus, bananas

Vitamins A, C E, folate, minerals and of course fibre – Eat your greens – cauliflower, cabbage, kale, garden cress, bok choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and similar green leaf vegetables

If you can get a good amount of sleep, sun (Vitamin D, also from mushrooms, fatty fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, prawns)

and exercise which gives ample blood flow to the skin cells and keeps the lymphatic system moving which will get rid of the waste in the body, this will help even more so!
