It is definitely worth finding a way to get omega3 in to your diet!

Omega3 settle dry, red or itchy skin and reduce inflammation! And amazing for acne skin in that it will reduce its severity and the redness that comes with it. Omega also helps with wound healing!

I love sardines because  to me they make anything taste good and they have B12 (which helps iron intake), calcium because you can eat the bones, vitamin D and protein! Sardines are very sustainable too and a safe fish dish to eat!

Other sources? Salmon, mackerel, Walnuts, flaxseed oil.. finding a supplement is ok too though a good quality no watered down supplement!
