GLYCOLIC SCRUB 14%

This exfoliants means business, it’s a scrub that can be used on the face and body. You don’t need a lot to get a great smooth finish. Only need to use 2 x a  week for the face, body every 2nd day or daily if there are ingrowns.  Its a hardworking hybrid formula that combines physical (Jojoba and Silica beads) and chemical (Glycolic Acid) exfoliants to thoroughly clean and polish the skin’s surface and lower layers, leaving it decongested, hydrated and calm.

We’ve found Glycolic Scrub 14% to be particularly effective at eradicating ingrown hairs after laser hair removal, waxing, or shaving, as well as treating kilaris pilaris (those rough-feeling bumps that appear on the skin, especially on the back of the arms).

GLYCOLIC CLEANSER 

This is very different from the others, it’s thick and white unlike the other clear ones. It is the BEST spot treatment for acne. Dot this on a pimple and leave it overnight and next night if it’s still around. just great to shed excel dull skin especially on pigmentation and acne!
12% Glycolic Acid performs a gentle chemical exfoliation, stimulating healthy cell turnover to improve skin’s tone, texture and radiance. Tea Tree Oil’s excellent decongestant and anti-inflammatory properties make it ideal for oily and combination skin. Great for the body too and lovely mixed with a bit of Multi Active Oil ?

The best exfoliation, I use this more than moisturiser! It’s a moisturiser consistency, you put it on overnight (even for three most sensitive skins) or can jist do it for 10 mins, then wash off in the morning and voila, smooth bright skin! Effective at-home treatment performs a micro-exfoliation that lightly reconditions the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and calm, while stimulating cell turnover to reboot radiance and brighten skin not to mention hydration plus with Hyaluronic acid!

How To Use

After cleansing, sweep across your skin with a cotton pad or face cloth, being careful to avoid the delicate eye area. Follow with Expert Reset Skin-Firming Peptide Serum and Expert Restore Niacinamide Replenishing Cream. Remember to always protect your skin with regular applications of sunscreen, particularly when using AHA-based products.

Pro Tips

We recommend pairing Refine AHA Glycolic Toner with either our Skinstitut Gentle Cleanser or L-Lactic Cleanser rather than Glycolic Cleanser 12%, the combination of which could be too stimulating (read: irritating) for some skins.
