This means it is extremely gentle way of weening onto retinol. You can use this morning and night no problem, including around the eyes. After using a full tube of this, continue using it in the AM and bring in the Retinol Serum at night, weening in by using every 3-4 nights under your fav Skinstitut Moisturiser and/or Multi-Active Oil. If you have more of an oilier complexion this will be a great start. Encapsulated Retinol meaning it will help the retinol travel into the skin. Start by using it every 3rd night (build up to every 2nd night). Ween in slowly. If you find your skin is becoming dryer or shedding this is a normal reaction. Maybe go back to every 3rd day and ween in more slowly.
This will get your skin turning over faster so make sure to up your moisturising and even incorporate the Multi Active Oil of need be.
